Please ensure that the product is in the same condition as when it was received. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted. You must include the order receipt or proof of purchase when sending it back. This helps us verify and process your return faster and more smoothly.
If your T-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order and share clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund according to your preference. We always make sure that such cases are handled with priority because your satisfaction and trust mean a lot to us.
Certain products are non-returnable due to their personalized nature. This includes any custom-printed or personalized T-shirts with specific names, messages, or designs requested by you. These items are specially made and cannot be reused or resold. However, if your customized product arrives with a printing mistake, color issue, or damage, you can still contact us, and we’ll happily resolve the issue through a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.
Once we receive your returned item, our quality check team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After approval, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made through the same payment method you used while placing the order (e.g., debit card, credit card, UPI, or wallet). Please note that it might take an additional 2–3 days for your bank to reflect the refunded amount in your account. We’ll notify you by email or SMS once your refund has been processed successfully.
We also offer an easy exchange service for customers who wish to change their T-shirt for a different size, color, or design.
